[PHA 25,405] Modified application to Suva2
The Public Health (Hotels, Restaurants and Refreshment Bars) Regulations 1960 were applied to the city of Suva with effect from 1 April 1964 with the following modifications—
(a)regulation 3: by deleting the words “the city of Suva and” in subparagraph (a);
(b)regulation 7—
(i)by substituting the figures and word “10 feet” for the figure and word “8 feet” in paragraphs (1) and (2);
(ii)by inserting the following words immediately before the semi-colon at the end of paragraph (10)(b)—“and near every such wash-hand-basin an adequate quantity of approved paper towels shall be provided at all times”.
(c)regulation 8—
(i)by substituting the figures and word “10 feet” for the figure and word “8 feet” in paragraphs (1) and (2);
(ii)by inserting the following words immediately before the semi-colon at the end of paragraph (10)(b)—“and near every such wash-hand-basin an adequate quantity of approved paper towels shall be provided at all times”;
(d)regulation 9—
(i)by substituting the figures and word “10 feet” for the figure and word “8 feet” in paragraphs (1) and (2);
(ii)by inserting the following words immediately after the word “served” at the end of paragraph (9)—“and near every such wash-hand-basin an adequate quantity of approved paper towels shall be provided at all times”.
